The state-of-the-art Pallet Design System (PDS) allows us to provide detailed customization of pallet components, including block sizes, grain direction, and deckboard configurations. This flexibility helps us craft pallets built to specific load requirements and handling conditions, without costly testing. It also generates detailed drawings, along with spec sheets, so we can provide clear communication to you throughout the approval process.

OUR FACILITY
With growing demand, Alberta Pallet outgrew its original Calgary shop and relocated to a 50,000-square-foot facility in Airdrie. Today, the plant turns out more than 1,000 pallets every day, consuming over four million board feet of lumber each year while maintaining a steady stock of one million board feet for quick, reliable fulfillment.
